Tyler reinstalled my wood burning fireplace insert that was installed incorrectly by Northeast Wood Stove and Fireplace in East Windsor. Tyler was able to make the connection with only a few extra fittings and did not need to cut or splice the chimney liner and saved us a lot of money. He gave us an estimate and charged us what he said it was going to cost. He scheduled the appointment and was on time and got the job done quickly. He didn't need to come back another day and he didn't leave anything unfinished. He explains everything he is going to do, and why he needs to do it; he's very professional and knowledgeable. Days after the job was complete, I texted him a question about the installation, and he called me right back and talked with me for a good 5 minutes to make sure all of my questions were answered. I could not be happier with my experience with Tyler and Integrity Heating Services. Highly highly recommended.

We hired Integrity heating to install our new pellet stove, they did a wonderful job. They managed to get the stove up our icy driveway and though our old piping didn’t match up, they happened to have the correct piping in stock to do a same day installation!I appreciated the info on new stove burn-off to avoid any confusion and the review of the maintenance that has to be done to keep the stove running well.Appointment reminders were sent through text along with en-route notifications which helped me plan my day without much guess-work which is always nice.Thanks again!

Our pellet stove stopped working Monday evening. We found Integrity on Google and they had great reviews so we called them the next day to schedule a annual cleaning and repair. We were told if we could hold off on the annual cleaning they had a special in June which would save us upwards of $100. We were able to secure an appointment right away and sure enough the cleaning could wait so the repair was made and we saved some cash. We will no doubt use Integrity for all of our pellet stove needs.

Tyler and Dustin installed our woodstove and all piping associated with installation through the side of the house and it was done in a very professional and clean manner! I highly recommend their service and the original quote Was dropped by $900 because the parts we’re not needed in the installation. Very trustworthy!

I was having a problem with my Lacroix pellet stove not starting. Integrity was very responsive and returned my call within a reasonable time. They were very professional on the phone and did an amazing job on communications. I was texted throughout the entire process including completion which was fantastic. Very professional. Prices were very reasonable. I look forward to working with them in the future cleaning my stove annually. As well as any repairs that might need to be done. Great job Tyler.

Tyler from Integrity has done a great job servicing our pellet stove. He is prompt, polite, clean, and provides very fair pricing. He goes above and beyond to ensure his customers are happy. We had an issue with a blower that Tyler worked with us to ensure it was fixed to our satisfaction. There was no back and forth or confusion. I recommend him to anyone.

Tyler Alberts at Integrity Heating Services did an amazing job. Will be recommending him to everyone I meet.Backstory: I hired Northeast Woodstove and Fireplace in East Windsor to fix my stove in April (needed a new auger motor). The owner seemed incompetent from the start. After several visits, he left only completing half the job, telling me he would return to complete it "before the snow flies" (yes, he actually said that). He never showed or called.In desperation (November), I called around to find another repairman. I soon heard about Tyler Alberts from Integrity Heating Services - he came highly recommended.Tyler Alberts came in and discovered that the previous guy not only installed components backwards which ended up bending internal components, the guy left the job without putting everything back together... he also created a leak in my vent pipe.Tyler fixed all the issues in short order and was finished inside of an hour. Why couldn't the other guy have done this? So incompetent.Thank goodness there's people like Tyler Alberts out there: polite, knowledgeable, reasonable and very competent.Contact Integrity Heating Services for first rate repairs and service. Stay FAR away from Northeast Woodstove.
